Yes, Acenda helps clients pursue opportunities with new marketplaces. While we make no promises, we do our best to associate our clients with marketplaces that have similar consumers.

I'm currently using a competitor of Acenda. How long does it take to migrate?

Acenda typically takes 10 to 14 days to complete an orderly migration. We expect zero downtime during the transition.

What does Acenda cost?

Acenda is offered for a reasonable flat monthly fee. Our pricing is not based on a percentage of sales or other complex tiers. See our pricing page for details.

Does Acenda help with onboarding?

Yes. Acenda's San Diego-based team provides white-glove onboarding. A brand-new marketplace launch usually takes 32 days and includes personalized 1:1 training plus additional help resources. After onboarding, clients transition to our client services team in Denver, Colorado.
