Target Plus guide
Target Plus fulfillment, inventory & returns: the operational reality.
Target Plus is seller-fulfilled: every order ships from your warehouse or 3PL, on time, with tracking. Here’s what that means operationally — and how to run it without adding headcount.
How seller-fulfilled works on Target Plus
When a shopper buys your item on Target.com, Target routes the order to you. You pick, pack, and ship from your own operations, then push the shipping confirmation and tracking back to Target. Target owns the customer relationship; you own getting the box out the door on time.
With Acenda, this loop is automatic: orders route into your warehouse, 3PL, or fulfillment partner, and confirmations, tracking, and cancellations sync back to Target within SLA — no swivel-chair order entry.
