Macy’s inventory and pricing, synchronized

Acenda connects Macy’s offer stock and pricing to the systems your team uses to manage them. Stock that is not reflected is a lost sale; stock that is over-reflected is a cancellation, and cancellations are what marketplace scorecards punish.

Multi-warehouse stock, one number per offer

Acenda aggregates stock across your warehouses, 3PLs and fulfillment partners and publishes the quantity that Macy’s should actually see. One point worth confirming at setup: a channel offer is often scoped to the locations you have enabled for it, so inventory sitting in a warehouse that was never associated with this channel reads as zero on the marketplace even though your total on hand looks healthy. Acenda makes that scope explicit.

Safety buffers and thresholds

Buffer by SKU, by category or by location to protect against overselling on fast movers, with thresholds that stop a nearly-out size from staying purchasable.

Per-offer pricing

Channel pricing rules sit on top of your master price: list and sale price, channel-specific adjustments, and promotional windows. Price changes propagate with inventory rather than on a separate manual cycle.

Keep offer updates moving

Acenda synchronizes inventory and pricing through the configured connections. Confirm update cadence, source-system latency and channel processing behavior during setup. An update sent is not necessarily an update already visible to a shopper.

Decide which system owns each value

Agree which source controls stock, base prices and promotional dates before enabling updates. Confirm whether source stock already accounts for reservations so those quantities are not deducted twice. Decide how warehouse eligibility, buffers and channel allocation interact.

Acenda applies the configured channel rules to those inputs. Clear ownership helps prevent a routine import from overwriting an intentional channel price or making stock from an ineligible location available.

The same engine across every channel

Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom, Amazon, Walmart, Target and your own storefront draw from one inventory position, with per-channel rules applied on top. No second spreadsheet.
