Macy’s orders and fulfillment, end to end
Acenda connects Macy’s orders to your fulfillment operation and carries supported status updates back to the channel. Your team needs a dependable path to acknowledge, ship and report tracking within the applicable service windows across its fulfillment locations.
Orders in, automatically
Macy’s orders are ingested continuously and routed to the destination that should ship them: your warehouse, your 3PL, your ERP, or a fulfillment partner. Routing rules can key on location, inventory position, SKU or service level.
Tracking, splits and cancellations back
Shipment confirmations and tracking are sent back to Macy’s to support the required reporting window, including split shipments across locations. Cancellations and short-ships are reported rather than left to time out.
Carrier and service mapping
Carrier names and service levels are mapped to the values the channel accepts, so a shipment does not stall because a carrier was expressed in your language rather than the marketplace’s.
Exceptions surfaced, not buried
An order that cannot route, a shipment the channel would not accept, a tracking number that failed validation — each becomes a visible exception with the order attached, rather than a silent gap you find on a scorecard.
Establish ownership for service exceptions
Assign an owner for orders awaiting action, failed shipment updates and cancellations that need a decision. Confirm the applicable service windows and the escalation process for each connected warehouse or fulfillment partner.
Acenda gives the operation a connected order workflow; people still need to resolve physical stock shortages, carrier issues and customer-service decisions. Review a representative exception path alongside the standard order flow before launch.
The systems you already run
Your WMS, 3PL or ERP stays in place. Acenda connects Macy’s to it and applies the channel’s requirements in between. Confirm supported connections for your stack during onboarding.
