Lowe's Marketplace
Is Lowe's Marketplace worth it?
Quick answer
Lowe's Marketplace can be worth it for home-improvement brands that hold U.S. inventory and can ship and support customers themselves. Shoppers can earn MyLowe's Rewards points on marketplace purchases and return items to any Lowe's store. The trade-offs are that Lowe's carefully selects sellers, you handle fulfillment, and Lowe's sets the fees and service levels.

What makes Lowe's Marketplace attractive?
Marketplace products appear on Lowes.com beside Lowe's own assortment, labeled as sold and shipped by the third-party seller. Shoppers can take marketplace items home by delivery. As of May 2025, all marketplace products were available for home delivery.
Customers can return marketplace products bought on Lowes.com to any Lowe's store, under the same return guidelines as Lowe's merchandise. As of May 2025, MyLowe's Rewards members accrue points on any marketplace purchase.
The assortment serves DIY homeowners and Pro customers, across example categories such as furniture, kitchen and bath, décor, and tools, from value to premium. See Lowe's Marketplace categories.
What are the trade-offs?
Lowe's carefully selects sellers. The marketplace is not open to everyone, and meeting the baseline does not guarantee approval. You need a U.S. business, U.S. inventory, and Lowe's-approved carriers.
You are responsible for fulfillment, shipping, and buyer messages. You ship against Lowe's service-level targets, with separate timing for parcel and freight orders.
Lowe's Marketplace fees align with industry-standard marketplace commission and referral structures, with exact commercial terms set by Lowe's and confirmed during onboarding. Acenda's platform fee is separate (flat rate per channel, never a percentage of sales). The model compared with wholesale is on Lowe's Marketplace vs wholesale.
