ListingMagic™: AI-powered listing creation & error fixes
Fixing rejected catalog items across channels used to mean opening products one by one. ListingMagic™ combines AI with Acenda’s structured product data model to auto-create, map, and resolve listing issues across 100+ marketplaces.
| • | Attribute Overrides Hub. View, edit, or bulk-remove all manual edits and accepted AI suggestions across channels in one place. |
| • | Automated syncing. Accept AI recommendations with one click and push updates to the marketplace automatically. |
| • | Proactive error prevention. Get an alert when a variant’s category strays from its parent item — before the rejection happens. |
| • | Auto-accept AI remediations (beta). When an AI recommendation reaches 90% confidence, Acenda can accept it and remediate the channel error automatically — no click required. |
Sign up for the beta program and tell us which features you want enabled — ListingMagic™, Auto-accept AI remediations, or both.

SettlementSentry™: a new logic layer that protects your payouts
SettlementSentry™ is a new logic layer at Acenda built to protect sellers and make sure you are paid what you are owed. It watches every statement, flags shortfalls and gives you total visibility into true payouts across Target, Walmart, and Mirakl marketplaces — Macy’s, Kohl’s, Lowe’s, Best Buy, and more.
| • | Order-level fee breakdown. Open any order to see exact payout amounts, fees, and reconciliation matches on a dedicated Settlement tab. |
| • | Account-wide reconciliation. Tie marketplace statements and bank deposits back to individual line items and orders. |
| • | Connected to Acenda MCP: ask your AI assistant about payouts, fees and shortfalls — SettlementSentry™ data is available through the Acenda MCP server. |
Enabled per account. Sign up for the beta program and we’ll switch it on for you.

ReviewsRetriever™: reviews that follow your products to every marketplace
Like a loyal companion, ReviewsRetriever™ fetches the reviews your customers leave on your own store, scans them for marketplace content violations, and syndicates the clean ones to your marketplace listings — so every new listing launches with social proof instead of zero stars.
| • Collects. Pulls verified reviews from your own storefront. |
| • Screens. Flags content that would violate marketplace review policies before it ships. |
| • Syndicates. Publishes the clean set to your marketplace listings. |
Space is limited. No additional fees. Sign up for the alpha program and we’ll reach out when your account is ready.
