The Knot Registry Store
The Knot Registry Store fulfillment and returns
Quick answer
The Knot Registry Store items ship directly from the supplier to the couple. Under The Knot's policy, gifts can be returned within 90 days of the shipment confirmation for a refund, replacement, or store credit, with exceptions such as personalized items. The Knot's registry support team handles shopper contact and return requests, and the refund or credit follows once the supplier confirms it has received the item.

How do Registry Store returns work?
The Knot's policy allows a return within 90 days of the shipment confirmation, for a refund, replacement, or store credit. Some items have a modified return policy shown on the product details page.
- The couple or guest requests the return. Returns are requested through The Knot's registry support team, which sends a return shipping label once the return is approved.
- The item goes back to the supplier. The returned gift is sent back to the supplier, not to a store The Knot runs for this program.
- The supplier confirms receipt. The refund, store credit, or replacement follows once the supplier confirms it has received the item.
Guests aren't notified when a couple returns a Registry Store gift. Requirements can change. Confirm the current terms during onboarding.
Which gifts are final sale?
Customized and personalized items are final sale. Gift cards and cash-fund contributions are final sale. Gifts a guest ships to the couple are final sale for the guest, though the couple can still get store credit or a replacement.
Experiences, gift cards, and cash funds are registry options rather than product categories for brands. If you sell personalized goods, confirm during onboarding how those items are listed, because The Knot treats them as final sale.
