Best Buy Marketplace fulfillment and returns

Quick answer

On Best Buy Marketplace, sellers ship their own orders and provide product support. In the U.S., shoppers can return most marketplace items at a Best Buy store or ship them back to the seller, with a 15-day standard return window. Puerto Rico stores, Pacific Sales Kitchen & Home locations, and some large items are excluded from in-store returns.
