What does the ShipHero integration do?

Acenda sends ShipHero the orders it should ship, pulls warehouse inventory counts back into Acenda, and receives tracking numbers and cancellations as they happen.

What do I need to connect ShipHero?

An active ShipHero account and a Refresh Token generated by adding Acenda as a third-party developer in ShipHero. Acenda uses it to renew access automatically.

Can Acenda include ShipHero incoming inventory?

Yes. The sell_ahead option includes ShipHero's incoming, not-yet-received inventory in the stock Acenda syncs out. Leave it off to sync only on-hand stock.
