Integrate Target Plus with ShipBob

Quick answer

Yes — Acenda documents routing Target Plus orders to ShipBob. ShipBob stock counts come into Acenda, Acenda sends inventory to Target Plus from its mapped warehouses, and fulfillment tracking returns through Acenda to Target Plus. Connecting the systems doesn't grant Target Plus seller approval or replace Target's fulfillment requirements.

What moves between Target Plus, Acenda and ShipBob?

ShipBob → Acenda

Warehouse stock counts. The next inbound sync replaces manual or imported counts for that warehouse.

Acenda → Target Plus

Quantity from mapped active warehouses after any Inventory Floor, on Target Plus's channel schedule (usually hourly; configurations vary).

Target Plus → Acenda → ShipBob

Orders routed as warehouse-specific Ship Advices. A multiwarehouse order can have more than one Ship Advice.

ShipBob → Acenda → Target Plus

Tracking: carrier, number, and ship date.

Map the warehouse, not just the connection

Mapped warehouses marked Active supply stock. You can connect more than one fulfillment provider. Warehouse priority affects routing, not inventory totals.

Respect Allocations and any Inventory Floor. Orders route Ship Complete, then Priority or Proximity, then Default. If several warehouses can fill the whole order, the closest one wins. See How to add and manage warehouses and What is inventory sync to your marketplaces?.

Target Plus requirements still apply

Use an eligible U.S. warehouse, a current approved carrier and service, and valid tracking that matches the carrier. Meet Target's lead time and delivery requirements. Do not ship Target Plus orders by freight or LTL. Confirm current packing and label instructions in the Target+ Partner Portal and with your warehouse.

Connecting ShipBob does not mean every ShipBob warehouse or service meets Target's requirements. See Target Plus carriers and shipping methods and Target Plus fulfillment. This page describes the ShipBob connection, not an Amazon MCF workflow.

Who handles a stock or tracking issue?

Correct the source ShipBob count rather than repeatedly overriding it in Acenda. Check that the warehouses are mapped and Active, and check any Inventory Floor. If tracking is wrong, see How to update Target+ order tracking numbers after submission.
