Can you connect Target Plus to Shopify through Acenda?

Which Shopify role fits Target Plus?

As a sales channel, storefront orders come into Acenda. As a fulfillment provider, Acenda sends orders to Shopify to fulfill. Which role you use is agreed during onboarding.

What data moves?

On the Shopify side, Acenda matches products to existing Acenda items by SKU or SKU alias, tracks listing status, stock, and price, and can optionally pull stock and prices into Acenda. It doesn't import the Shopify catalog or create new items. On the Target Plus side, Acenda sends listings, inventory, and orders, and sends tracking back.

How to integrate Target Plus with Shopify

  1. Get approved for Target Plus. Target Plus is invite-only, and Target makes the final decision.
  2. Connect Shopify to Acenda. As a sales channel, create a custom app in your Shopify admin and share the store name, client ID, and client secret with Acenda support, who completes the connection. As a fulfillment provider, since January 1, 2026, create a custom app in Shopify's Dev Dashboard and use its Client ID and Secret.
  3. Get your Seller ID and API credentials from your Target+ Partner Portal, then add and authorize Target Plus in Acenda.
  4. Map warehouses, and set routing (Ship Complete, then Priority or Proximity, then Default) and an Inventory Floor if wanted.
  5. Set up listings with Posting Templates, then watch Channel Events and Item Issues.
