Integrations
Ecommerce platform integrations
Quick answer
Acenda connects ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce, and WooCommerce to the marketplaces and retailers you sell on. Depending on the platform and your setup, your store can be a sales channel whose orders come into Acenda, or a place Acenda sends orders to fulfill.

How do ecommerce platforms connect to Acenda?
Shopify can connect to Acenda in two roles: as a sales channel, where your Shopify storefront orders come into Acenda, and as a fulfillment provider, where Acenda sends orders to Shopify to fulfill.
Since January 1, 2026, new Shopify fulfillment-provider connections use a custom app you create in Shopify's Dev Dashboard. Sales-channel authorization uses Shopify's own install screen and does not ask for a Client ID or Secret.
For BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce, WooCommerce, and VTEX, our team configures the connection during onboarding. The role of each store, and which data moves in which direction, is agreed then.
When Shopify is the place that ships, it is a fulfillment provider. That pattern is explained with other warehouses on the 3PL, warehouse, and shipping integrations page.
Can I sell on marketplaces from my Shopify store?
Yes. Acenda can take the Shopify connection and run marketplace listings, stock, and orders beside it.
The path from a Shopify store onto retail marketplaces is written up separately. Read Expanding from Shopify to marketplaces. This page stays on how the Shopify connection itself works.
What moves between my store and Acenda?
On Shopify, storefront orders can come into Acenda when the store is a sales channel. Stock sent to Shopify is usually every 30 minutes. Some connections use a different schedule. Acenda sends inventory to each channel on that channel's own schedule, not the instant stock changes, and holds back any Inventory Floor you set.
When Shopify is a fulfillment provider, Acenda sends orders to Shopify and tracking comes back. Pulling inventory or pricing from Shopify can be switched on or off.
For other platforms, our team configures which data moves in which direction during onboarding. Marketplace listings are built and validated in Acenda for each channel.
Which ecommerce platforms does Acenda connect to?
Acenda connects these storefront platforms.
BigCommerce is a SaaS ecommerce platform. Its parent company changed its name from BigCommerce Holdings to Commerce.com, Inc. on July 31, 2025. The platform keeps the BigCommerce name.
WooCommerce is open-source ecommerce built on WordPress. Adobe Commerce, formerly Magento Commerce, and Magento Open Source are both in the directory. VTEX is listed there too.
For every store except the Shopify fulfillment-provider steps, our team configures the connection with you during onboarding. You need admin access to the store. Marketplace listings are still built in Acenda, one channel at a time. The integrations directory is the full list. This page covers the storefronts sellers ask about most often. Ask us on the demo which role fits the store you run today, and which data should move.
Do I need a separate integration for each marketplace?
Each marketplace is its own channel in Acenda, with its own listing rules. Your store connection does not replace that channel setup.
Some channels need item setup switched on before new items list. Acenda's platform fee is a flat rate per channel, never a percentage of sales.
Ecommerce platform FAQ
Can my store and my marketplaces share the same stock?
Stock is counted per warehouse in Acenda. Each channel gets the stock of the warehouses mapped to it, minus any Inventory Floor. Acenda sends inventory to each channel on that channel's own schedule, not the instant stock changes, and holds back any Inventory Floor you set.
Does Acenda list my store's products on marketplaces automatically?
Listings are built per channel in Acenda against each marketplace's requirements. Some channels need item setup switched on before new items list.
Will marketplace orders show up in my store?
On Shopify, when Shopify is your fulfillment provider, Acenda sends orders to Shopify to fulfill. For other platforms, our team sets this up during onboarding.
Does connecting my store affect marketplace approval?
Connecting a system to Acenda doesn't affect whether a marketplace accepts your brand. Each retailer makes its own decision.
