UO MRKT
Is selling on UO MRKT worth it?
Quick answer
UO MRKT can be worth it for brands that fit Urban Outfitters' categories and style and can run their own shipping and returns. Your products appear on urbanoutfitters.com with a UO MRKT badge, sold under your name. The trade-offs are invitation-only access, consistent pricing across channels, exclusion from Urban Outfitters promotions and UO Rewards, and domestic-only shipping.

What makes UO MRKT attractive?
UO MRKT puts invited brands on urbanoutfitters.com beside Urban Outfitters' own assortment. Shoppers see a UO MRKT badge above Add to Bag, and the product page names the seller. The order is sold and fulfilled by you.
The categories span apparel for women, men, and kids, home and décor, accessories, tech and media including vinyl, beauty, outdoor, and pet. Urban Outfitters opened the site to curated third-party sellers in 2018, and it still selects who joins.
The attraction is a curated shelf, under your name, in categories Urban Outfitters already buys.
What are the trade-offs?
Access is by invitation. Sellers join because Urban Outfitters invites them, and buyers choose which products from the assortment go live. You cannot treat the seller form as an automatic listing.
You ship every order, you set the return window, and shoppers contact you from the order details page. Shipping is domestic only today. UO MRKT items are excluded from Urban Outfitters promotions, and UO Rewards can't be redeemed on them.
Marketplace prices must stay consistent with your other sales channels. UO MRKT fees align with industry-standard marketplace commission and referral structures, with exact commercial terms set by Urban Outfitters and confirmed during onboarding. Acenda's platform fee is separate (flat rate per channel, never a percentage of sales).
