How to fix listing errors, step by step

  1. In Acenda Admin, go to CHANNELS > Item Issues.
  2. Check the Source column. Integration means Acenda found the problem before sending, such as an empty required field. Channel means the marketplace rejected or flagged the item. Channel Price and Channel Inventory mean a price or stock update was rejected.
  3. Filter by SKU, Subscription (channel) or Error Source, and click Export CSV to work through many issues.
  4. To fix many items at once, export a Super Template, fill in the gaps in the spreadsheet, and import it back.
  5. To fix one item, open its Channel Status tab. Fix the value on the Details tab to change it for every channel, or click Override value to change it for one channel only.
  6. Not sure what a field accepts? Look up the allowed values for that marketplace field.
