Salesforce Commerce Cloud

Acenda connects Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Commerce Cloud is Salesforce's commerce platform. Acenda uses that connection alongside the marketplaces you run in Acenda. Details are covered with Acenda Support during onboarding.

Salesforce Sales Cloud

Acenda connects Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce's CRM. Acenda uses that connection alongside your marketplace operations in Acenda. Details are covered during onboarding. Setup is through Acenda Support.

Salesforce and the marketplaces you already run

Connecting Salesforce to Acenda doesn't replace each channel's own connection or retailer approval. Listings, inventory, orders and tracking for each marketplace stay in Acenda as already documented on that channel's page. The Salesforce details are covered during onboarding.

Target Plus

Target lists Acenda as a Target Plus Channel Partner. Target Plus connects with your Seller ID and API credentials (How to connect Target Plus to Acenda). Acenda also connects Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Sales Cloud, so you can run Target Plus alongside those Salesforce systems. See Integrate Target Plus with Salesforce and Target Plus integration.

Walmart

Acenda connects Walmart. You can run Walmart Marketplace alongside Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Sales Cloud. See Sell on Walmart. Walmart DSV is a 2P drop-ship program. See What is Walmart DSV.

Amazon

Acenda connects selling on Amazon as a sales channel. You can run it alongside Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Sales Cloud. See Sell on Amazon.

Nordstrom and Macy's

Nordstrom and Macy's are Mirakl-powered marketplaces. They connect through Acenda's Mirakl integration (How to connect a Mirakl marketplace to Acenda), not as a Salesforce connection. You can still run them alongside Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Sales Cloud. See Sell on Nordstrom and Sell on Macy's.

Best Buy

Acenda connects Best Buy. You can run it alongside Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Sales Cloud. See Sell on Best Buy.

Wayfair

Acenda connects Wayfair. You can run it alongside Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Sales Cloud. See Sell on Wayfair.

Lowe's

Lowe's connects through Acenda's Mirakl integration. You can run it alongside Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Sales Cloud. See Sell on Lowe's.

The Home Depot

Home Depot's drop-ship program runs on Mirakl as 2P. It is not a 3P marketplace. Acenda connects it through the Mirakl integration. You can run that drop-ship program alongside Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Sales Cloud. See Sell on The Home Depot.

Costco

Costco drop-ship runs through CommerceHub as 2P. Costco Next has closed. You can run that drop-ship program alongside Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Sales Cloud. See Sell on Costco and CommerceHub.

How to connect Salesforce with your marketplaces

  1. Get approved for each marketplace or retailer you will sell on. Target Plus is invite-only; Target makes the final decision.
  2. Add each sales channel in Acenda (How to connect a sales channel to Acenda). For Target Plus follow How to connect Target Plus to Acenda.
  3. Work with Acenda Support during onboarding to connect Salesforce Commerce Cloud and/or Salesforce Sales Cloud. Details of that connection are covered then.
  4. Confirm with Support that your Salesforce systems and your marketplace channels are ready to operate together in Acenda.

How much does it cost?

Target sets Target Plus fees. Acenda's platform fee is a flat rate per channel, never a percentage of sales. A quote is given on a demo, based on your setup.
