Lowe's Marketplace
Lowe's Marketplace fulfillment and returns
Quick answer
On Lowe's Marketplace, you ship your own orders from within the United States with Lowe's-approved carriers, against Lowe's published service-level targets for small-parcel and freight (LTL) orders. Customers can return marketplace items to any Lowe's store under Lowe's return guidelines, and you process returns for your listings in the Lowe's seller portal. Lowe's handles customer payments and refunds.

Who handles refunds and customer questions?
Lowe's processes customer payments for marketplace orders as the seller's limited payment agent, collects and remits sales tax, and handles customer payment disputes and refunds.
You respond to buyer messages directly in the Lowe's seller portal. Acenda does not relay messages. Requirements can change; confirm current terms during onboarding.
What Acenda automates
Acenda routes each Lowe's order to your warehouse, 3PL, or fulfillment partner, sends tracking back to Lowe's with carrier mapping, reconciles cancellations, and syncs return status. Acenda does not answer buyer messages or set ship times. You still ship the order.
