Who fulfills UO MRKT orders?
The seller ships every UO MRKT order. All UO MRKT orders are sold and fulfilled by the seller. Order processing time varies by seller, and Urban Outfitters tells shoppers that sellers will ship as soon as possible.
Shoppers are charged when the seller ships. A cart that contains both Urban Outfitters items and UO MRKT items is split into separate orders, so each seller's shipment stands on its own.
Each seller's shipping policy appears in the Shipping + Returns section of the product page. Shoppers may pay shipping charges under that policy. UO MRKT items don't currently ship internationally, and they can't be gift wrapped.
How do UO MRKT returns work?
Returns go directly to the seller. UO MRKT items can't be returned to Urban Outfitters stores, and they can't go through Urban Outfitters' standard online returns.
Each seller's return policy, including its return window, appears in the product page's Shipping + Returns section and in the order and shipping confirmation emails. There is no single UO-wide marketplace return window. You set the window.
Urban Outfitters' FAQ says most sellers include a prepaid return label in the package. If the package does not include one, the shopper contacts the seller from the order details page.
Depending on the seller's policy, restocking or return-shipping deductions may come out of the refund. Exchanges work as a return plus a new order. Items can't be exchanged for store credit. Refund timing depends on how quickly the seller processes the return.
Who answers shopper questions?
Shoppers contact the seller from their order details page to ask a question or request a return. Returns and customer questions go to the seller first. Acenda does not answer those messages.
What do you set up in your Shipping + Returns details?
You set your shipping policy, your return policy, and your return window in your UO seller account. Those details are what shoppers read on the product page and in confirmation emails. Acenda does not push Shipping + Returns policies to Urban Outfitters.
