Cancel an order

Learn when canceling an order or item reaches the marketplace, how to cancel items from the Ship Advice tab, how Cancel Items differs from Cancel Shipment and Reroute Items, how to check the History tab, and what to do if you see Update Failed.

What you'll learn

  1. Open the order and go to the Ship Advice tab
  2. Click Cancel Items and choose the quantity for each unshipped item
  3. Click Submit to cancel
