Transcript

Review AI suggested fixes with Acenda IQ. Acenda IQ scans your product data for issues and suggests a fix for each one. In this video, you'll review those suggestions in Item Issues (AI), then accept or reject them.

Each suggestion has a confidence score, and nothing changes until you decide. In the sidebar, under CHANNELS, click Item Issues (AI). The page is in beta. Then pick one sales channel in the list on the left, such as Target Plus.

Use the Status filter to choose Unresolved, Pending, Resolved or Rejected. The Confidence slider sets the score range. It starts at 75 to 100 percent. Adjust it, then click Apply. You can also filter by Source and by AI. Each issue row shows the SKU, the attribute and the message. Click why? to read the reasoning behind a suggestion.

To decide on one suggestion, use the Accept or Reject icon on its row. An Undo icon appears once you've decided. To handle several, select their checkboxes and use Accept All, Reject All or Clear. Accepting doesn't change your product record. It updates the value Acenda sends to that one channel. It shows on CATALOG > Attribute Overrides as an AI override, and it's recorded on the item's Change Log. Review every suggestion before you accept it. Acenda IQ is a guidance tool, not an autopilot.

Acenda IQ only suggests fixes for issues that Acenda's own checks raised. It doesn't handle decisions a marketplace made itself, such as unlisted items or barcode locks.

To recap: open Item Issues (AI), filter by status and confidence, then review each suggestion before you accept or reject it. Questions? We're here to help. Chat with Acenda support in Acenda Admin, or visit acenda.com/help.
