Stop selling an item by unlisting it

Learn why Acenda has no delete for items, and how to set an item's Listing Action to Unlist, one item at a time or in bulk with an import.

What you'll learn

  1. Acenda has no delete for items; unlist the item instead so the product record stays intact
  2. Click Edit on the item's Channel Status tab, set the Listing Action to Unlist, and click Save
  3. For many items, import Channel Item Mapping with Overwrite checked, and make sure item retirement is on for the channel first
