A documented REST API covers catalog, inventory, pricing, orders, and fulfillment, and you can connect an AI assistant to your Acenda data through MCP.
Read the API docs →ERPs and accounting systems such as NetSuite, SAP, and QuickBooks Online; ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce, and WooCommerce; inventory and order tools; PIMs; EDI and drop-ship networks; 3PLs and warehouse systems; and shipping software. The directory above lists each system by category.
If a system you rely on isn't connected yet, Acenda's engineering team can build the integration via API, XML, EDI, or flat file. You can also build to Acenda directly with the API.
You decide per data type during onboarding — for example, your ERP for stock, your PIM for product content, Acenda for channel listings. Acenda applies channel rules on top without overwriting your source records.
Yes. Acenda routes each order to the warehouse that ships it, using routing modes such as Ship Complete, Priority, Proximity, and Default, and sends tracking back to the marketplace. Orders can go to a 3PL, Amazon MCF, Walmart WFS, or your own warehouse.
It depends on the systems and workflows in scope. The time goes into mapping, testing, and agreeing which system owns which data. We scope a realistic plan on the demo.
Most integrations are part of Acenda's platform. Advanced ERPs such as NetSuite and SAP carry a one-time integration fee. Book a demo and we'll walk through the fees for your setup. Acenda's platform fee is a flat rate per channel, never a percentage of sales.
