How do Mirakl marketplace orders reach the team that ships them?

Quick answer

Acenda pulls orders from connected Mirakl-powered marketplaces into one order stream, routes each order to your ERP, WMS, or 3PL, and sends tracking and cancellations back to the retailer. Mirakl order fulfillment is still yours: you ship the order and meet each retailer's own shipping standards, which differ by retailer.

Do Mirakl retailers share shipping rules?

No.

Macy's and Bloomingdale's: ship from U.S. warehouses within 48 business hours. Lowe's: ship from within the U.S. with Lowe's-approved carriers, against Lowe's published service-level targets. Nordstrom: brands ship direct.

Each retailer configures its own shipping options, carrier list, and cancellation reasons.

Requirements can change; confirm current terms during onboarding.

Acenda does not set or enforce ship times.

Who owns each exception?

Exception	Who handles it
Inventory shortage after the order	Routing sends the order to another warehouse. If stock is not available, the order waits there for your team.
Buyer cancellation request	Stop the order before picking, and confirm the cancellation with the retailer.
Unrecognized carrier code	Acenda maps your carrier name to that retailer's carrier list.

What stays with your team?

Shipping, packing, and shopper questions the retailer routes to you stay with your team or your 3PL. Acenda does not ship the order, and Acenda does not answer shopper messages.

You still pick a carrier the retailer accepts. Acenda maps your carrier name to that list and sends tracking back to the retailer. It does not set the ship window.

Does Acenda ship my Mirakl marketplace orders?

No. Acenda routes each order to your warehouse or 3PL and sends tracking back to the retailer. Your team or your 3PL ships it.

Do I need a different carrier setup for each Mirakl retailer?

Each retailer configures its own shipping options, carrier list, and cancellation reasons. Acenda maps your carrier names to each retailer's list, so you don't rebuild your shipping process per retailer.

Can Acenda send one Mirakl order to two warehouses?

Yes. Acenda can split an order across fulfillment locations based on stock and send tracking for each shipment back to the retailer.
