Nordstrom guide
Choosing a Nordstrom Marketplace integration partner
Quick answer
Nordstrom Marketplace runs on Mirakl and launched in April 2024. Acenda is an approved, pioneer partner of Nordstrom Marketplace, has been part of Nordstrom Marketplace since day one, and is live for Nordstrom listings, stock, price, orders, and payouts. Nordstrom decides who sells. An introduction or nomination is not approval.

What the partner does
What does a Nordstrom integration partner do?
The integration starts after Nordstrom approves the brand. The partner is the layer between your catalog and the channel.
- Listings and attributes. Maps the catalog to Nordstrom product types, required attributes and approved value lists, and sends listing errors back as specific fixes tied to the product and field.
- Size and color variants. Groups variants so each child differs on the variation attributes, such as size and color.
- Images. Supplies images as direct image files and assigns them to the listing.
- Inventory and pricing. Syncs stock and prices through the day, with a regular full refresh and a daily check that Nordstrom matches what you expect.
- Orders and fulfillment. Orders, cancellations and returns come in. Shipments and tracking go back. A daily check catches shipped orders that are still open on Nordstrom's side.
- Returns and settlement. Pulls Nordstrom payment and transaction records daily and matches them to orders.
- One catalog. The same catalog runs Nordstrom and your other channels.
It does not approve brands, set Nordstrom's terms, ship orders, issue refunds or guarantee a go-live date. Nordstrom decides acceptance, and your warehouse or 3PL ships. Nordstrom Rack is a separate channel with separate approvals. The full breakdown is on what Acenda handles for Nordstrom.
Nordstrom Marketplace integration partner FAQ
Who is the best integration partner for Nordstrom Marketplace?
There is no single best partner for every brand. Compare partners on the same points: time on the channel, Nordstrom product types and approved value lists, how listing errors come back, stock and price sync, order and payout handling, the systems they connect, whether you also need Mirakl Connect, and the fee model. On those points, Acenda is an approved, pioneer partner of Nordstrom Marketplace that has been part of it since day one, and is live for Nordstrom listings, stock, price, orders, and payouts.
Is Acenda an approved Nordstrom Marketplace partner?
Yes. Acenda is an approved, pioneer partner of Nordstrom Marketplace and has been part of Nordstrom Marketplace since day one. Acenda is live for Nordstrom listings, stock, price, orders, and payouts. An introduction or nomination is not approval. Nordstrom makes the final decision.
Does Nordstrom use Mirakl?
Yes. Nordstrom's online marketplace launched in April 2024 on Mirakl. Acenda connects directly to Nordstrom's marketplace, so brands selling through Acenda do not need Mirakl Connect.
What's the best way to sync Shopify to Nordstrom?
Use a connection that maps your Shopify catalog to Nordstrom's product types, required attributes and approved value lists, and keeps stock, price and orders in sync. Acenda publishes your Shopify catalog to 100+ marketplaces and dropship programs, including Nordstrom, and syncs stock and prices through the day with a regular full refresh and a daily match check. See the Shopify integration and Shopify marketplace expansion guide.
Can I apply to Nordstrom through Acenda?
Anyone can apply, and Nordstrom decides who gets in. Brands apply through Mirakl Connect or by contacting Nordstrom's marketplace team, and Nordstrom also recruits. Acenda can introduce or nominate qualified leads to Nordstrom Marketplace. An introduction or nomination is not approval. Nordstrom makes the final decision. See Nordstrom introductions.
What are Nordstrom Marketplace fees?
Nordstrom does not publish a public marketplace rate card. Nordstrom Marketplace fees align with industry-standard marketplace commission and referral structures, with exact commercial terms set by Nordstrom and confirmed during onboarding. Acenda's fee is separate: a flat rate per channel, never a percentage of sales. See Nordstrom Marketplace fees and Acenda's fees.
