Need help with Acenda? You can start a support chat or open a ticket right from Acenda Admin. Here's how.

Sign in to Acenda Admin and look for the floating blue support circle in the bottom-right corner. It's on every page. Click it to open the chat and send Acenda support a message. This starts a support case, also called a ticket, that the team can follow up on.

The faster support understands the problem, the faster it gets fixed. Include your store name, the channel or integration, the order number or SKU, the exact error text, what you've already tried, and a screenshot. Never send passwords, 2FA codes, API keys, client secrets or access tokens in a chat, ticket or email, even to Acenda Support. Support never asks for them.

The chat only loads once you're signed in. If you're locked out, you won't see the blue circle, so email support@acenda.com and support helps you regain access. Lost your authenticator? Your store's Owner or Admin can reset your 2FA, or Support can help. You can also skip codes by signing in with Google.

Support is available 9 AM to 5 PM PT, Monday through Friday, and closed on major holidays.

Before you reach out, you might find your answer faster in Video Guides or the Help Desk. In the sidebar, under Help, click Help and Resources to expand them.

To recap: click the blue support circle to start a chat, include the details support needs, and email support if you can't sign in. Questions? We're here to help. Chat with Acenda support in Acenda Admin, or visit acenda.com/help.
