Manage returns in Acenda

Find returns, read their statuses, see how they sync from marketplaces, and record a return yourself from an order.

What you'll learn

  1. Find returns under ORDERS > Returns or an order's Returns tab
  2. Pending, Returned and Canceled; check Channel Status for detail
  3. Record a return with Return Items; restock and refund yourself
