Save customer details before they're cleared. To help protect your customers, Acenda clears certain customer details from marketplace orders after 30 days. Here's what's cleared, what stays, and how to keep what you need.

By default, the details are cleared 30 days after the order date. That's not the day the order was imported into Acenda, and not the day it shipped. This runs automatically. It isn't a setting you turn on or off for each order. It's enabled on most major sales-channel integrations, but it may not be on every channel.

To check a specific integration, contact Acenda support.

After day 30, these fields are cleared: the customer's first and last name, company name, street address lines, email address and phone number. Cleared fields are left blank. They aren't replaced with placeholder text. The city, state or region, zip or postal code and country stay, along with the order itself and its line items, so your reporting and operations data stay usable.

If your business needs full customer details for shipping, accounting, customer service or records, export them or sync them to your own system within the first 30 days. Exports are under Data Transfers, Exports. A Scheduled Export can also send this data to SFTP on a regular schedule. An export run after day 30 shows the cleared fields as blank. Cleared details can't be recovered.

Acenda's safeguards don't replace marketplace rules. Each marketplace, such as Target Plus, Amazon or Walmart, has its own policies for customer data, and following them is your responsibility. Acenda doesn't monitor or enforce them for you. So review your order, fulfillment, accounting and support workflows, and make sure any customer details you need are saved before day 30.

To recap: customer details clear 30 days after the order date. City, state, zip, country and line items stay. Export or sync anything else you need within those 30 days. Questions? We're here to help.
