Skubana, 3PL Central and Extensiv integration with Acenda

Including Extensiv Order Manager, formerly Skubana.

Quick answer

Acenda connects Extensiv, the warehouse and order software company formerly called 3PL Central, to the marketplaces and retailers you sell on. That includes Extensiv Order Manager, formerly Skubana. Acenda routes each marketplace order to the warehouse that ships it and passes tracking back to the marketplace. Our team configures the connection with your warehouse during onboarding.

How does Extensiv connect to Acenda?

3PL Central rebranded as Extensiv on May 23, 2022. Extensiv's products include Extensiv 3PL Warehouse Manager and Extensiv Order Manager, formerly Skubana.

Acenda's integrations directory lists Extensiv, 3PL Central, and Skubana, so Acenda connects Extensiv, including Extensiv Order Manager (formerly Skubana).

Our team configures the connection with your warehouse during onboarding. Acenda routes each marketplace order to the warehouse that ships it and passes tracking back to the marketplace.

What moves between Extensiv and Acenda?

In Acenda, an order becomes one or more Ship Advices: one for each warehouse that ships part of it. Each Ship Advice carries the instructions that warehouse needs.

Tracking (carrier, number, and ship date) comes back to Acenda and is passed to the marketplace or sales channel.

Routing modes pick the warehouse: Ship Complete, then Priority or Proximity, then Default. Routing only decides which warehouse ships. It doesn't change what's listed.

The order number sent can be the full channel order number, which is recommended, the shorter purchase order number, or the Acenda order number.

Our team confirms the setup for your Extensiv product during onboarding.

Acenda sends inventory to each channel on that channel's own schedule, not the instant stock changes, and holds back any Inventory Floor you set.

Extensiv and retail marketplaces

Connecting Extensiv lets you sell on the channels Acenda connects, including Walmart, Amazon, Kohl's. Listings, routing, and tracking for each channel stay in Acenda. See Explore all channels.

Connecting a system to Acenda doesn't affect whether a marketplace accepts your brand. Each retailer makes its own decision.

How to integrate with Extensiv (Skubana)

  3. Click + New in the Fulfillment Providers section.
