NetSuite integration with Acenda

Quick answer

Acenda's NetSuite integration connects Oracle NetSuite to the marketplaces and retailers you sell on. NetSuite can send stock counts into Acenda, Acenda sends orders out to the systems that fulfill them, and tracking returns to each channel. As an advanced ERP, NetSuite carries a one-time integration fee.

How does NetSuite connect to Acenda?

Oracle NetSuite is a cloud ERP.

Oracle NetSuite connects to Acenda the way other outside systems do.

An outside system authenticates to Acenda's REST API with a Client ID and Client Secret using OAuth 2.0 client credentials. An Acenda admin creates that Client ID and Client Secret.

Recurring Import can read a CSV or XLSX file from an SFTP server your team controls, on a schedule from every 15 minutes up. It can update catalog, stock by warehouse, channel item mapping, SKU aliases, promotions, custom pricing, or tracking.

X12 EDI is another path when your team already exchanges documents that way. Acenda supports X12 EDI (version 4010) over direct SFTP or AS2, or through EDI networks such as SPS Commerce and Orderful. EDI setup is done together with your Acenda team.

Our team sets up the connection and the data flows with you during onboarding.

What moves between NetSuite and Acenda?

Stock counts, catalog updates, or pricing updates can come into Acenda from NetSuite when you turn those flows on. NetSuite is one of the inventory systems that can send stock counts into Acenda.

Acenda sends inventory to each channel on that channel's own schedule, not the instant stock changes, and holds back any Inventory Floor you set.

In Acenda, an order becomes one or more Ship Advices: one for each warehouse that ships part of it. Each Ship Advice carries the instructions that warehouse needs. An outside system retrieves new Ship Advices, acknowledges each one once it has stored it, and sends tracking back. Tracking is the carrier, the tracking number, and the ship date.

Which flows you turn on is agreed during onboarding.

NetSuite and retail marketplaces

Connecting NetSuite lets you sell on the channels Acenda connects, including Amazon, Walmart, Kohl's. Listings, routing, and tracking for each channel stay in Acenda. See Explore all channels.

Connecting a system to Acenda doesn't affect whether a marketplace accepts your brand. Each retailer makes its own decision.

Marketplaces you can run from NetSuite through Acenda

With NetSuite connected to Acenda, you can run these curated marketplaces from the same place. Listings, inventory, orders and tracking for each one stay in Acenda. Each retailer decides who sells, and an introduction or nomination is not approval.

NetSuite integration FAQ

Can NetSuite be the source of stock for my marketplaces?

Yes. NetSuite is one of the inventory systems that can send stock counts into Acenda. Acenda sends inventory to each channel on that channel's own schedule, not the instant stock changes, and holds back any Inventory Floor you set.

How do marketplace orders reach NetSuite?

As Ship Advices through the API: your system retrieves each new Ship Advice, acknowledges it, and sends tracking back. The exact objects in NetSuite are configured during onboarding.

Is there a fee to connect NetSuite?

Most integrations are part of Acenda's platform. Advanced ERPs such as NetSuite and SAP carry a one-time integration fee. Book a demo and we'll walk through the fees for your setup. Acenda's platform fee is a flat rate per channel, never a percentage of sales.

Does connecting NetSuite affect marketplace approval?

Connecting a system to Acenda doesn't affect whether a marketplace accepts your brand. Each retailer makes its own decision.
